Making A Purchase
To make a
purchase just click onto
Online Shopping. Click on the relevant fields and click "Add
to Cart".
We accept paypal, credit/debit card for payment.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have
received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between
us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract
between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to
protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have
inadvertently under-priced goods, or the product is no longer available.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to
ensure that the price is acceptable.
NOTE:
No item will be sent to you until you have responded to our confirmation
of your order and payment is received and cleared.
Shipping And
Handling
We make every effort to despatch within 7
days of confirmation of order. Unless we state otherwise.
This may not apply in respect of deliveries
outside of the UK. All deliveries will be made to you at the address
specified by you in the order. If we
cannot deliver the product to you at the address you have specified for
any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you (if any additional costs are incurred, then
unfortunately these will be past onto you).

Privacy Policy
We
do not disclose buyers' information to
third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the
order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of
the details to any other third party. We will hold
your address information for future mailings and exhibitions.
Under no circumstances do we pass your
information to be used on mailing lists of any kind. Any type of
correspondence from you is kept in the strictest confidence and
confidentiality.
Returns
Policy
As a result of the quality of the product
we are providing, every effort has been made to ensure your product
arrives in first class condition. In the unlikely event damage has
occurred then relevant repairs to will be dealt with
through the relevant insurance postage/courier companies. We would
appreciate notification of any damage within 48 hours.
Please try
all our KeepCool Products when dry, as once they are wet we cannot exchange or
refund due to possible marking. Please be
aware that our product is an inch smaller all round when dry.
If you have ordered a
wrong size, we will charge P & P again to send a new item out and will
not incur charges for returned item. If unsure about size, please

accurate images of the work along with descriptions, images of the

on a screen may vary (and particularly if they are downloaded as a small
print) from the reality of the original product. We are, however,
confident that the original product is always superior.
